Welcome!
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at Texas Tech University, specializing in International Relations and Comparative Politics, with a minor in methods.
My research sits at the intersection of political violence, conflict management, and governance, examining how governments and rebel organizations use institutional and other non-military strategies to shape patterns of violence, conflict trajectories, and prospects for peace.
My dissertation, Lawfare and the Politics of Justice in Armed Conflicts, examines during-conflict justice (DCJ) and its consequences for conflict actors and processes. I expect to complete my Ph.D. in Spring 2027.
My broader research interests include civil conflict and security, peace processes, rebel governance, and human security.
